Eligibility

The contest is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. 

Contest Period

Entries will be accepted beginning on March 01, 2026, and will close at midnight (E.S.T.) on April 30, 2026. Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.

How to Enter

Participants may submit a suggested name for the mascot through the designated contest entry method. Each participant may submit as many entries as they wish. All entries must be original and must not infringe on any trademark or copyrighted name.

Name Guidelines

Suggested names should be appropriate for all audiences and reflect the spirit of the mascot and Real Comfort Solutions LLC’s brand and integrity. Names that are offensive, inappropriate, or clearly copied from existing brands, characters, or trademarks may be disqualified.

Selection Process

All entries will be reviewed by the contest organizers. A shortlist of finalist names may be selected and presented to the public for voting. The organizers reserve the right to choose the winning name at their sole discretion.

Prize

The individual who submitted the winning name will receive the announced contest prize.

Ownership of the Name

By submitting an entry, participants agree that the selected mascot name becomes the exclusive property of Real Comfort Solution, LLC. Real Comfort Solution LLC reserves the right to use, modify, or adapt the name for marketing, branding, and promotional purposes.

Right to Modify or Cancel

Real Comfort Solution LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time if circumstances arise that affect the fairness or integrity of the contest.

General Agreement

By participating in the contest, entrants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of the contest organizers, which will be final.

Grand Prize:

The grand prize winner will receive a FREE, a full year of scheduled home maintenance services designed to keep your home’s major systems operating efficiently. The program includes quarterly routine inspections, priority scheduling, and ongoing support from our service team to ensure your home stays in top condition throughout the year.
